(More customer reviews)This is my second revlon brush. The first one worked but then the attachment pins stopped working and the brush kept falling out. I thought this newer version would be better. A year later and the attachment pin is not working. I love this product but to have to buy a new one every year seems silly when the dryer is fine but the attachments keep falling off the dryer since the pin will not lock anymore. I think I will know try a conair brush or another brand.

(More customer reviews)I have straight chin length hair which I wear in a simple under curl style. My old brush dryer, which was not a Jilbere, did a great job until it died. I find that with this tool, even when my hair is slightly wet, the brush does not grip onto my hair, and as a result, the ends often flip up instead of under. In addition, it does not give me a long lasting curl with body, and my hair seems much limper overall than it did with my previous product.

Hot Tools Professional 3/4" Brush Iron Review

(More customer reviews)I give this item one star because of lack of durability. It will get very hot very quickly. However, after about a year's use, the round black piece at the top of the brush breaks off and cannot be repaired. I have owned this brand of curling brush for more than six years and every year I must buy a new one because the tip breaks off. I currently have two of these and they are both broken. You are probably wondering why I keep buying it if I know the tip will break off. Well, when it works it is great and it gets as hot as I like. I have tried other brands in the past and haven't been satisfied with their heat level. I need to buy another curling iron brush, so, once again, I'll start searching for one with this much wattage. I hope to find another brand, because this is getting ridiculously expensive. Anyhow, be aware that you'll only be able to use this for about one year (the length of the warranty by the way). If that's okay with you, then go ahead and enjoy it while you can!

(More customer reviews)I LOVE this product! I recenlty purchased this product for myself and I love it! I have extrememly course, curly and super thick hair. (it's been compared to lambs wool and a brillo pad in texture). Anyway straightening my hair has always been a nightmare. Until now, the switch it is amazing. It is time saving and does a superior job of straightening and flipping. Normally it takes me about 2 or more hours to just straighten my hair. Within a hour using the switch I was done and it looked amazing. If feels smoother, shiny, and soft. I can say this is the first time I have ever used a straighter and I started smiling at how wonderful it turned out. Now I can easily style my hair with 20 to 45 minutes. Yeehaw If I could hug the inventor I would. Thank you! Just remember to style with your hair dry (not for damp/wet hair) and have fun.

With these 'Salon Edition' hot air brushes (which are very hard to find) I blow my hair roots with the hair dryer until my hair is just alittle damp and then use the hot air brush to give it body. They are perfect at 250 watts and I hope you carry them forever. Thank you

Other hair dryers have too much power and send my hair flying every which way, but this one is oomphy enough on the high setting to dry my hair and gentle enough on low to style it. I'm sure it's not for those with thick/long/coarse hair, but it works great for me. I've waited a long time for this.

(More customer reviews)I have very curly hair. I was looking for a curling iron with tangle free, ceramic combs to replace the one I have which has been discontinued. I decided to try this product and was pleased with the results. It does hold the hair in place while drying so this eliminates blow drying then curling. The release button works great for tangle free. If there is anything I would like to change perhaps I would like for the temperature to get a little hotter. My hair is thick and course so I have to hold in position for a long time to dry and control the curl. But I would recommend this product to anyone looking for curl control as well as a styling tool. It is light weight and easy to handle. Good quality

Revlon RVHA6002C Hot Air Styler Brush, 1 and 1.5 Inch Review

(More customer reviews)I selected this product because of a recommendation in a magazine to which I subscribe.
First, I admit I should have paid more attention to the person here in Amazon who complained that the product was too loud. That person is right. On the HIGH setting, the product is very loud and shrill. To avoid harm to my ears, I always use the lower setting.
Secondly, it's big and heavy. I have to use two hands to hold the wand and dry my long hair.
I only find one of the attachments useful. There are two other attachments, but I never switch to either of them.
On a more positive note, it does dry my hair quickly. Also, if I use it like I would a curling iron, (i.e., roll a strand of hair around the brush and hold it there for a few seconds, then unroll it), it gives my hair a gentle curl and nice body.
Bottom line, I find myself going back to my old blow-dryer-and-separate-round-brush method about 50% of the time. If I had to do it over again, I don't think I'd buy this product.

I have heavy shoulder-length stick-straight hair, and I get good results. Not "curls" mind you, but good wave and volume! On the downside....I'm on my third one of these - my fist one burnt out after about 3 months, my second one had the brush collapse inside of the barrel for some reason, so I'd say they don't last very long.

(More customer reviews)VERY poorly designed, especially the permanent kick-stand which constantly hits me in the eye, face areas and my head. It can't be removed as it's part of the handle. The temperagure dial is located in the middle of the handle where my thumb rests so I was always inadvertently changing the heat setting. I used it 3 times and I'll never use it again.

I was very happy to receive this item as my old one was about six years old and had started to lose some of the "brush teeth".
However almost immediately it started to come apart. The rows of "brush teeth" slid off the end and wouldn't stay on. I expected better from Vidal Sassoon.
I would NOT recommend this product to anyone, let alone buy another one. Very disappointed!!

(More customer reviews)My hair is fine and thin, but this Conair 2-in-1 Hot Air Styler gives my hair BODY! It's more for styling than drying, so it needn't be extremely hot, which would turn my hair to straw. Also I wouldn't want strong bursts of air blowing away the style. My mistake was to purchase it at a local store rather than at Amazon.com where it costs $10 less.
If you merely want a dryer, you might not like this, but if you want a styler, I recommend it. And it does dry as it styles. Towel dry first, of course.
This is the best thing I've used on my hair. What a joy to finally have hair with body and style! And without damaging my hair!
