(More customer reviews)I bought this straightener, brought it home, tried it and hated it immediately. It took multiple swipes down each small section of hair to get it straight and it still wasn't very smooth. Not at all what I was hoping for. The rubber or silicone strip that runs down the side of one of the plates grips your hair making it hard to slide it through your hair smoothly. The only part of the straightener that I liked was the packaging. It was so easy to put it back in the box after I decided it was going back.
