(More customer reviews)I purchased this dryer about 10 months ago and it took me a bit of time to become accustomed to it, but overall I liked it. I'm giving it 3 stars because it only lasted 10 months before it gave up on the heat. I am currently searching for another blow dryer - I didn't want to purchase the same one because it didn't last. So, as I have already retuned my first purchase to the store and will return my second choice as well, I realize that I really miss this hair dryer and I may just have to bite the bullet and purchase another and hope that my first one was a fluke. I really like the lowest setting for when I am doing those finishing touches to my styling, as the air flow is very light and doesn't blow your style all over the place, like the models with only high and low settings. I miss it - it is light weight and compact. I have found other blow dryers to either be too heavy, too long, and too awkward. I have fine hair but a lot of it and my hair stylists always complain when they blow dry my hair, but this hair dryer can get it done in about 10 minutes and it is the first one that makes my hair smooth and shiny without any fuzziness. So, my decision is to purchase another one and buy the extended warranty.
