(More customer reviews)There was fancy packaging. The iron has a cool design but the quality of it feels cheap and flimsy like the button used to turn it off and on. The plastic just feels frail including the heat dial. Being this expensive you might as well buy a Chi or better known brand. Regardless, it does what it needs to do and heats up at a reasonable time.
