(More customer reviews)I bought this holder for my bathroom at home. The seller was prompt to ship and the item arrived in great condition. However, the product itself has some major flaws that make me consider returning it.
I have a larger than average hairdryer, and the hole in the holder can only accommodate a tip of it. The iron holders are also quite small and would probably not accommodate the standard or wide flat irons (my narrow one fits fine). The additional outlets on the side are useless because the large hair dryer plug covers up the remaining 2 outlets when plugged in, and there is no way to turn it the opposite way because the holes for the prongs are not the same size and the wide prong doesn't fit the narrow hole. The instructions for installation are not easy to read and understand, plus the hardware for wall mounting is very flimsy. I drilled the indicated 1/4" holes for the plastic anchors just to find out that the holes needed to be smaller and/or the screws longer to hold this heavy construction in place. I do not recommend to mount this heavy piece on drywall only, without the backup of a wall stud.
I still was able to install the holder using alternative hardware, however, the final construction with the flat iron and hair dryer, and all these ugly black cords sticking out in all directions, looks so hideous that the whole point of cleaning up my countertop and decluttering my bathroom is missed.
In summary: great idea, poor execution. I better keep all my stuff under the sink.
