(More customer reviews)When I first received this flat iron, I noticed immediately that it was the Jose Eber Signature Series Flat Iron in the pink/bronze, not the Pro Series pink. I called Amazon Customer Service, who agreed to express ship me another one, which was again the incorrect flat iron. I will be returning them both. The flat iron Amazon sends is the Signature Series, a lighter pink color with bronze plates, and is temperature-adjustable. It is also NOT dual-voltage as is stated in the product description. I bought this to take on a trip to Italy, but I will be using my cheaper Zoe flat iron since it is in fact dual-voltage. I have always been a loyal CHI flat iron user, but they do not come in dual-voltage and will blow fuses and ruin the flat iron if you use them overseas with the proper converters and adapters, so I was hoping this would at least equal the efficiency of my CHI. It is slow to heat and doesn't do the best job straightening and de-frizzing hair. Not a horrible iron for someone with normal hair and only using it here in the US, but I have thicker hair and am traveling for three months, and this will not work for me. Just be aware that you will be receiving the Signature Series, not the Pro series (yes, there is a difference).
