(More customer reviews)This curling iron gives a great bouncy curl and a very different look than a typical curling iron. That being said this product needs lots of improvement. If you curl with the 'hair guide' cover that comes to help keep the hair from sliding, it hardly works so it only works without it. My hair is silky and curls well and it does not work with that on top. Second, the temperature turner is the worst. THere is nothing that actually clicks the actual temperature into place. Meaning, if you want to use 350 because your hair is thinner, it doesn't lock it into that temperature on the product. THe wheel is so loose and when you use the iron, your fingers touch the wheel and even with a light touch it can move it to 450 and you wouldn't even know. This happened to me and that temp is way to hot for my hair so it's a really big pain. The spring clamp is not tight, it's lose so you can hardly put any hair in it and have to be careful it doesn't slip out, so if you don't have patience to deal with all this do not get it. Once you actually get to use it the curls are beautiful like I said. My normal curling iron takes me 10 mins to do my hair (I have very long hair). But this one can take up to 20, so I'll now use it for special occasions. If they fix the suggestions above, it can be a great product., it really helps give that bounce on the top which normal curlers don't give.
