(More customer reviews)I gave them one star as they did mail something pretty quickly.I ordered the flatiron because it has a comb attached for easy straightening. I looked high and low for one and was thrilled when I found this one. When the flatiron arrived, it was a different model...no comb on the edges. I called the company and was told it was the correct iron. I had the gentleman look at the website to see it was different. He said that they don"t carry the one I ordered and that the comb part(not true) was an attachment. I asked if I could buy this attachment and was told they did not sell it....ok.I asked if they would change or remove the false picture from the website and he couldn't tell me...it's still on the web...not good business.
