(More customer reviews)I purchased two InStylers for myself and my daughter. Within a month, mine would shut itself off while in use. Within the next month, my daughter's developed a groove in the barrel and would stop turning while she was using it. Both of our InStylers were puchased last Christmas. I bought them around November and of course by the time they developed problems, the warranty was long expired.
Maybe the company has made improvements in the product since then, but I would think long and hard before I spent money on this product. I would definitely not recommend an InStyler to anyone.
