The Enzo curling iron really didn't do anything for me. First, it heated up very slowly (took more than 30 seconds, though indicated in its product description that it heats up instantly). I sectioned my hair, tried it out, but did not produce curls. I have many curling irons, so I believe it was not my technique. I am disappointed with the product, and returned it.

I ordered the curling iron back in mid July, and had only gotten a refund 3 months later! After receiving the product, I called right away,and got the RMA number for return. Within the same day, I sent the product back to Discounts Jungle. After that, I wrote and called them numerous times, but was told that my case was presented to their credit department to determine the refund amount. I asked them to contact me once the decision was made, but NEVER received a reply from them. I was out of the country for 2 months, and nobody ever contacted me. There were no voice messages, no e-mails. I called right after I returned, and they finally refunded me (although they prmoised to refund me the full amount, they still deducted from the total a "restocking fee"). I order from Amazon ALL the time. This is a horrible, horrible seller! I will never, ever order from them again!
