(More customer reviews)I was a little reluctant to purchase at first when I read some reviews stating that the product ceased to work after only a few uses. However, I have been using mine almost every day for over a month and every single time I am glad I made this purchase. It leaves my hair softer, silkier, and beautifully straight. I never have to go over a strip of hair more than once. I can straighten with damp or dry hair and get the same result. The maximum heat of 450F is really effective for me because I have thick, curly hair. The adjustable heat option is great because I can use lower temperatures if I just want to touch up.
Of course, I use heat protection for my hair and a light hair gloss to achieve a healthy looking shine. I flat iron reasonably thin, 2"-3" wide strips of hair to maximize contact with the plates. I believe part of maximizing results is proper use of the product.
I would definitely recommend this flat iron. It's the best I've ever used.

(More customer reviews)I just bought this iron and it is the greatest one I have ever used. I usually go to a professional to get my hair styled but I wanted this one to use in between visits. At first I was going to buy the HAI one until the store I went to didn't carry that brand. I looked at this one and it was the same exact iron just with a lower price! I was a little skeptical at first because of this but by skepticism went out the window when I used it. My hair looked like it was professionally styled! My hair usually gets frizzy by the end of the day but not with this iron. It even curls your hair! I had a nice flipped hairstyle in no time, and the day after, I used it again and got a nice straight do. This iron heats up very quickly and did not burn my thin and freshly relaxed hair. It even has grooves on the outside of the iron that act as a comb when you turn it to curl the ends of your hair. I am very happy with this product. The only thing I wish is that I would have bought it off of this website first. I paid $50 at the beauty supply store. Oh well it is worth every penny!

(More customer reviews)So far, I have tried four different kind of wavers and of the four (Bed Head, Revlon, Hot Tools, and the Infinit Conair), this one is by far the best one!! The plates produce deep big waves and the tourmaline plates make your hair look shiny. It's a little pricey compared to the one from Revlon, but worth every penny since it saves you so much time. The other wavers that I've tried are bulky and take forever to "wave" your hair, but this one is light, easy to hold, and gets nice waves in a short time. It also looks nice and NOT cheap like some of the other wavers.

Conair CS68P MiniPro Crimping Iron, Purple Review

(More customer reviews)We did not even take it out of the package when it arrived - it is tiny, I am not sure whose hair it is designed for...maybe a doll's? It would take hours to crimp even shoulder-length hair. Not very practical in my opinion.

I spent a few hours researching flat irons online and in stores to find out what had changed over the years. I talked with my hair stylist, who used the Babyliss PRO Nano Titanium and loves that it heats up to 400+ degrees with options for lower settings and works great on her client's hair, including mine. Then she told me about the U-Styler that her coworker used. I was intrigued by the idea of a flat iron that could straighten my thick, natually curly hair but also add a bit of curl and style as I often try to use a flat iron to do this anyway. It does a nice job of adding a little curl to my ends. Sometimes I use the U-Styler exclusively for both flat ironing and style. When I saw this pairing, I couldn't resist asking for it as a Christmas gift from my husband. I also like the pink color and that this is the breast cancer edition. So far, I like the pair of irons very much. I think it is a great deal! It is working as well as the Chi did for about the same price but with the bonus of the U-styler, so I am very happy with this purchase. Excellent value.

(More customer reviews)I wasn't going to post a review but seeing that someone else has left a one star, I had to saying in it's defense.
I only curl my hair during the summer because humid weather does a major frizz job on my hair. This iron curls my hair faster than my chi and hair comes out shiny, smooth and curled and stays that way till I wash it. The iron stays hot, I have burned myself a good many times on it. The cord is long and it swivels so you're not tangled up in it. The temperature dial varies from low (180) to high (200+). It monitors and keeps the desired temperature at all times. I had considered giving my iron to my hair stylist because I know she would enjoy it. But I like so much that it has stayed home even though I don't used it often.
I haven't had problems with this iron or maybe I have not used it as much as the previous reviewer to have problems with it, but I like it and it serves it purpose.
