(More customer reviews)I received a $99 FHI for Christmas. It didn't work well, so I bought a CHI ($150) and Rusk ($100) for a comparison. The CHI won, but I got nervous about the quality over the long term after reading several reviews (most said great iron, but breaks in less than a year!--- ouch!) So, I went to a nearby high-end salon that sells the Forma. WOW. There is an amazing difference between the Forma and the others. Effortless straightening, heats up instantly, and it doesn't snag my hair at all. Great shine, too!
