(More customer reviews)If it was dual voltage I would give 5 stars. I go to Europe sometimes during the year. So I've purchased this curling Iron as it said Dual Voltage. But unfortunately I realized that this curling iron is NOT Dual voltage. So be aware. I wrote to seller NewvoBeauty company which I've purchased from. It does not seem it is company's fault. Who ever listed it, wrote incorrectly.There is also typo about the items model on Amazon. If you look at the model no, it is written BABC125S, but there is no model called BABC125S. It should be BABP125S. There is a mistake about the model number and also its most important feature for me (being Dual Voltage). So I appreciate that Newvobeauty sent me a new curling Iron which is CT155S model and Dual voltage. Actually I was expecting the new curling Iron as CT125S as I need 1.25 inch, but the second Iron they sent was 1.5 inch. But I did not care that much about its inch as long as it is Dual Voltage. The company also wrote me back saying that I can keep the both Irons I have and they will refund my money.
If you are interested in this item be aware it is NOT Dual Voltage. Newvobeauty was very helpful about the issue.
