(More customer reviews)I've purchased items directly from Folica before and had no problem purchasing this item from them. However, the item I was sent was NOT new and was in fact used. It was oily and dirty and they made no attempt to even clean it before sending it to me. I returned it for a refund. At this point, I'm not certain I would ever buy anything from Folica again.
