(More customer reviews)Number one, the reviews should be for the product itself not the company you purchased it from. Many of the lower ratings come from poor purchase experience. I've spent maybe 1000 dollars on hair straighteners... I have long (fanny length) and thick (it doesnt even fit in one fist) hair. I've used this straightener and it works fabulously. Just purchase it through Amazon and you shouldn't have any trouble.
