(More customer reviews)I got this for my wife, her hairdresser insisted that she get the Helen of Troy brand/model curling iron, and we couldn't beat the price locally. One thing: Helen of Troy is owned by Hot Tools (or vice versa), although the packaging is different. So we searched high and low for Helen of Troy specifically, and only found Hot Tools. I think they they are both the same thing, hope that helps someone out there. She seems happy with it after a couple weeks of use.
