(More customer reviews)I bought the marcel handle thinking it'd lead to more "professional" curls. The handle is incredibly difficult to work with, as you can only use one hand to use it, and you can't touch the tip of the iron,. I severely burned my neck and I could only get it to curl the bottom bits of my hair. It was just a pain to try to use on yourself...you really need a spring action kind unless you're curling other peoples' hair. I kept undoing the curl I had just put in when I tried to get the iron out of my hair.
