(More customer reviews)I received a 2nd degree burn from this iron, because although the glove claims to be
"heat resistant," it is not. It is VERY hard to use. There is no clip so you are supposed
to use your hand, but the glove is not heat resistant. So, the first time using it,
I got a 2nd degree burn, THROUGH THE GLOVE! I called the company for a refund.
After hours of pleading and explaining, they finally decided to give me a refund.
I mailed the iron, they mailed checks. THE CHECKS WERE BAD!!!!!
Can you believe that? This is a mickey mouse operation of scetchy folks.
