(More customer reviews)I used my friend's Le Angelique tapered curling rod and had to order one for myself. I absolutely love the curls and waves it creates. Very quick and easy to freshen up 2nd day curls too! It does get very, VERY hot, so be careful until you get the hang of it. I'll be honest - I burned the heck out of my thumb and neck (simultaneously) the first time I used it but I'd still recommend the product hands down (very much an operator error on my part). The glove included with the product does help but by no means does it prevent the heat from permeating through to your hand entirely. (Translation: don't just wrap your gloved hand around the rod and expect the glove to guard you from the heat.) I know my styling process will get faster as I use it more. I have shoulder-length hair, so the back does take a little more time to curl vs. long hair styles. In a nutshell, I love it!! Get it - you'll love it too!
