(More customer reviews)I've had several Gold N Hot irons and I officially give up. They break very easily. Never dropped them or handled the roughly, plastic just starts breaking off the things. There is a plastic tip on the handle that has broken off 2 of my irons. That leaves the iron unusable because the handle is too hot to use without it. Another problem is that the irons are so slow heating up. I definitely do not recommend these irons. I was going to only give 1 star, but after they finally heat up and before they break, they are nice irons.

I can't tell it curls any different than my $10 curling iron from wal-mart. You might have better results than I did and I hope that you do.

(More customer reviews)I bought this curler yesterday and used it right away! It worked so much better than my Conair curler that I had been using. This one heats up to a higher temperature which helps the curls stay in longer (especially since my hair usually doesn't hold a curl). Still, with curling straight hair, I highly recommend spraying your hair with a light weight, strong-hold hairspray lightly before curling. Over all... love love LOVE this curler!
