(More customer reviews)I could not believe it when I opened the package. First, it is not red as pictured. Product does not get as hot as a professional straightener. It is very small and lightweight. For someone with very thin, fine hair this would probably work, but at best it may help mine a bit when I am camping. I was disappointed with what I purchased and do not feel that it is worth $100...not at all. I bought a different butane curling iron and it gets much hotter than this product. That is probably what I will be using instead of the straightener.
