(More customer reviews)This product is the best! I have very thick straight hair that currently won't hold a perm. Used with a curling iron this product allows my curls to stay in all day long. My days are often 14 hr days and my curls relax a bit, but definately stay in. Even on days with lots of humidity, and we have a lot of them in our area- my curl stays in much better than without it. Today was very humied and damp because of rain last night and my curl stayed in pretty well. My hair still has a lot of loose curls and bounce and it's been 14 hrs since I used the product this morning. I love this item and was so upset that my drugstore doesn't have it anymore.

(More customer reviews)This is easy to use once you learn how, and it doesn't take long to learn. Forget about the pitiful directions that come with it; they are useless. Go online and find a how-to video (there are dozens that I saw) and practice for a bit. If you want perfect spirals, make sure your hair is between the grooves. I'm not that particular about it and still get really good spiral curls. I like it to look a little messy anyway, and once you step out the door you know it will get messed up some no matter how careful you are at home. This Conair spiral curler gave me just the look I wanted, but they really need to work on those directions they include with it!
